You know Tommy Stinson from The Replacements, Guns N Roses and Bash & Pop. You may not know Chip Roberts (Uncle Sippy) but you need to. These guys have been playing together for 10 marvelous years and never a cross word between them. Well, that's a lie.

Cowboys in the Campfire came about after @Tommy Stinson and @Chip Roberts worked together on a number of projects (ONE MAN MUTINY, SONGS FOR SLIM and many sloppy moments in between). The name comes from a painting that Chip did (used as the header for this page) which pretty much sums up the relationship between Chip and Tommy.
